Live apps determine your plan. Members are unlimited on paid plans, and customer users do not count as members. Each website counts as an app (what is an app?). Previews and unpublished apps do not count; paused published apps do.
Your first business runs one app free, forever. The free app has the allowances in the first column below. Try Starter free for a month. We ask for a card to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the month ends.
Production deployments reserve a slot while they are in progress. Redeploying the same app does not use another slot. Remove a published app to release its slot.

A client business its agency pays for is held to these allowances; extra storage, email and CDN traffic are not charged for it.
Storage past what your plan includes is $0.50 per GB a month, charged on your next invoice for the most you held that month, so uploads are never refused for space on Starter, Team or Business. The free app, a free trial and an Agency client business stop new uploads at their storage instead. Email past the day's allowance is $2 per 500 on Starter, Team and Business, charged on your next invoice; the free app, a free trial and an Agency client business stop sending at it, and the free app also stops at 50 a month. The other allowances protect shared capacity and are never billed: at the workflow allowance, new event-triggered runs are held, and past the conversion allowance new videos and audio play as uploaded until the month turns. How free apps share capacity
Free apps share a fixed amount of server room. When it is full, the free apps used least recently go to sleep to make room. If every free app is busy at that moment, a waking app shows a short "starting" page that tries again by itself. A schedule that runs more often than every 10 minutes runs every 10 minutes instead. A free app that uses all of its processor share for ten minutes is put to sleep, and the next request wakes it. Paid apps never wait for free apps.
Free accounts nobody uses for 90 days are paused; 30 days later they are deleted. Signing in at any point keeps them. Paid plans are never paused for this.
Need more capacity? Talk to us before relying on it. Enterprise capacity, locations and service commitments are agreed individually, not unlimited by default. Email requires account confirmation and a verified sending domain.
