If Whisk ever closes
We don't ever intend to close. AI hosting is growing rapidly, and we believe the market is still in its early stages. However, for risk management, there is a closure plan. If we ever stop offering Whisk, we will tell every customer at least 90 days ahead by email and on the dashboard. Your apps keep running until then, and you can export everything at any time, on every plan: every Git repository with its full history, every database as a standard Postgres dump, your files as plain folders, and your settings and audit log. Nothing in it needs Whisk to run, so any host can take it from there. We refund the unused part of anything you have paid for.
